Gazrick how many times are you reusing those caps? I ask as these are only intended to be a single use item. I have and do understand you can use them more than once but it is not advised. Again with the filling of the tank always leave a gap of a mil, this should help in preventing a leak, also a slightly softer draw style may help too.

If you are getting leaks it is more likely you are drawing on the mouthpiece too hard. You need need to take long but light draws of around 4 to 5 seconds.

If you draw too hard you overwhelm the heating coil with eliquid which cannot be vaporised and excess eliquid will leak out.
Happy Vaping!!!  Jeff

Well, I generally use the same tank caps until the lip is so worn off that it nearly falls into the tank...it's hard to believe but as Jeff said it's all about the "suck factor"...it took me forever to get it down and I always swore it was something else.  I think it was 8ball who said "don't hit it like you're trying to suck start a harley" ;-)  Hi Jeff...hey we got more medals than y'all did ;-)

Had my first leak on my ego-c last night, i'll be damned if I can figure out why either. It was just sat there on my chair arm for a few mins, looked down and juice all over the place. It was coming from around the joint/button area.  :o

Mine does it randomly every now and then. It starts to gargle a little first whilst taking a draw then leaks
