hiya Pendragon126, welcome to the forum. You have askled what seems a simple question, but there is no simple answer, it very much depends on what you mean by "equals", for instance 10ml of 36mg juice has 360mg nicotine in it.... but 10ml of 11mg juice only has 110mg nic and 10ml 18mg juice has 180mg nic (Roughly the same amount as 200 'standard' cigarettes) BUT nicotine is absorbed differently when vaping compared to smoking so there really isn't any direct correlation between the two methods other than the amount of nicotine. For instance I am a fairly heavy vaper and get through 4-5ml of 30-36mg juice a day so roughly 150mg nic a day.... but no way was I smoking anywhere near that much. There are others who smoked quite heavily and find that they can't take higher strength juices so stick with 8mg juice or even less. As far as consumption of juice goes, I believe the 'average' vaper gets through about 2ml of juice a day at their preferred strength, so as a very rough guide 10ml is about 4-5 days worth of juice for most vapers, and that's about a close as you're gonna get to any sort of direct comparison.
