How do you know you had too much nicotine?

I'm just wondering what types of symptoms you experience when you had too much nic? I know you can get a headache, feel dizzy, maybe even nauseous. Has anyone ever experienced any kind of chest pain or chest heaviness (like something blocking your breathing)?

I've been working from home for a couple of days, and vaping more or less constantly, which I never do when at work. I could be imagining this, but I feel like every once in a while I can't take a full breath. Is it the vaping or should I call my doc? (I vape about 18mg strength, and I've been vaping for over 3 years, so not new to this)

thanks everyone!

Hi Luckygirl

Doesn't sound like anything I have experienced and I vape up to 36mg regularly.  Call the doc would be my advice and if he says it is caused by vaping let us know

If I overdo my nicotine intake, I tend to get a headache. If you're having breathing difficulties I'd contact your doctor: You could have a chest infection

Thanks guys, I'll go ahead and call the doc.  :(

Wow,, sorry to hear that.. hope you're feeling better soon.. :-[ I know i've vaped too much when I start getting Hiccups.. it's a dead give away every time for me.. I'm an 18mg vaper too and had the odd sharp chest pain when I first switched to Vaping (Nearly two years ago) but that soon went away after a couple of days.. and I put it down to my body adjusting to the switch.. :-\ In your case though, you've been at this longer than me, so I would definately get it checked out too, just to be on the safe side.
